Q-Soft uses the contact details and files you submit to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, manage your account or process a job application. These records are kept in our website systems and are not included in Google Analytics events.

Optional Google Analytics

If you select Allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits and actions such as enquiry confirmations, trial interest and contact-button clicks. Analytics cookies help distinguish visits. We do not send your form entries, email, phone number, uploaded files, passwords or verification codes to Analytics. Page URLs sent by our tracking code exclude query strings. Advertising signals and optional advertising features are disabled.

You can decline analytics without affecting forms, demos or downloads. Use Privacy & analytics preferences at the bottom of public pages to change your choice. Declining stops future measurement in that browser; it does not erase previously collected reports.

How Google uses information from sites that use its services

Accounts and access records

Registration, verification and authorised download or demo requests are recorded separately to operate access controls and customer support. A website click does not prove installation or ongoing ERP usage.
